Return Window
We hope you love your SOLAIRE piece. If for any reason you’d like to return, we accept returns or exchanges* on unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. 
*The following exclusions apply.

Exclusions
Made-to-order, custom designs, bespoke pieces, and items that have been resized or altered are final sale and not eligible for return.

If you’d prefer an exchange, please contact us at hello@solairefine.com within 7 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
