Processing Time
Each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on in-stock items. Processing times for made-to-order and pre-order designs vary depending on the piece. Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping within the U.S. via UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Transit times vary by destination.
Signature Required
For your security, all fine jewelry orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We hope you love your Solairé piece. If for any reason you’d like to return, we accept returns* on unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
*The following exclusions apply.
Exclusions
Pre-orders, custom designs, bespoke pieces, and items that have been resized or altered are final sale and not eligible for return.

If you’d prefer an exchange, please contact us at hello@solairefine.com within 7 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
