The Process

Stone Review

Share your stone’s details (shape, carat, dimensions, and certificate if available) along with clear photos. If needed, we can arrange an insured evaluation.

Design Fit

We’ll confirm the best Solairé design and proportions for your stone — refining details such as bezel thickness, orientation, and overall balance.

Quote & Deposit

You’ll receive a written estimate. A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

Crafting

Each piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles — from custom build to setting, finishing, and final polish by master artisans.

Quality & Delivery

Every piece passes inspection before fully insured shipment with signature confirmation.

 

Timeline

Our typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from deposit and design approval. If you have a specific deadline, we’ll confirm feasibility before starting.

Each reset is crafted specifically for your stone and is final sale once production begins.

Care & Repairs
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your piece ever needs attention, we’ll advise on available repair options based on design and materials.

Client-Owned Stones
We handle all stones with the highest care. Vintage or treated gems may have sensitivities; we’ll identify any risks before setting and may request a signed authorization.

Insurance
Your piece is insured under our jeweler’s block policy while in our care. Shipping to us is the client’s responsibility; return shipments are fully insured and require signature.
